Ly Ngo, MSN, RN, IBCLC

Founder & Lactation Consultant

I am Ly Ngo, a registered nurse, IBCLC-certified lactation consultant, and founder of Zen Mom. With over a decade of nursing experience and nine years as a lactation consultant, I have supported more than 3,000 families. I led a lactation program at a Medical City hospital. My passion lies in empowering and supporting new mothers on their breastfeeding journey. In collaboration with other experts, I create specialized care packages tailored to meet your needs.

Glenna Metoyer, BSN, RN, IBCLC

Lactation Consultant

I graduated from Texas Woman's University in 1985 with a degree in Nursing, In 1989 I became a School Nurse Practitioner and a breastfeeding educator. I am a mother of 2 successfully breastfed children and a grandmother of 3. The field of Lactation stole my heart in 1989 and I decided that this was my passion. I have seen thousands of mothers over the years. I enjoy guiding mother's through this wonderful journey.
